Registration Opens for the Australian Ports Business and Operations Conference

Ports Australia are excited to announce the very first Business and Operations Conference specifically for Australian Ports.

A two-day event that will cover issues relevant to people working in all aspects of a Port business. From human resources to environmental management the conference will provide people working within the Port community including maritime services the opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from various sector experts.

The event will be hosted at the Rydges Townsville on the 26th and 27th of June with a Port tour and dinner included in the registration price.

The conference will explore developments in IMO 2020 Low Sulphur Fuel Impacts, Labour Solutions in the maritime sector, International and Australian dredging and sediment management practices, World Ports Sustainability Initiative, climate change management, tidal energy usage, innovative terminal operations, the future of shipping and building ports for the future.
