CPM is a project management and advisory consulting firm. We work within the ports, local government, health and water sectors. The CPM team has experience across the lifecycle of a variety of programs and projects from business case, planning, transaction management, design management and engineering, through to construction, hand over and asset management. Our team members offer an objective, outcome-based approach using their experiences and strong leadership skills.
