Kimberley Ports Authority operates the Port of Broome, and has the regulatory responsibility for the Ports of Derby, Yampi Sound and Wyndham. Cambridge Gulf Ltd and the Shire of Derby West Kimberley are the leaseholders and managers of the Wyndham and Derby ports, respectively. KPA’s role at Yampi Sound is for maritime security and safety.
